All products listed on Plainton lights are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Plainton lights reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Payment must be received in full before the order is processed. We accept the following payment methods:
We offer pan-India shipping. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Plainton lights is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,999.
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@sparclights.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

All SPARC lighting products come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering electrical components and finish defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographic evidence before processing the claim.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Plainton lights Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.
Plainton lights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or products purchased through it. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
